I love collaborating on events that bring yoga or meditation into natural settings or other well-being practices, such as sound-baths. If you’re planning something outdoors - whether it’s an open-air sauna, a campsite retreat, or a nature or wellness-focused gathering - I’d be delighted to hear from you. 

I also teach on occasion at the beautiful and welcoming Soulfit yoga studio in Lewes where our Vinyasa teacher training cohort provide affordable community classes every Friday at 5.30pm.
