I love collaborating on events that bring yoga or meditation into natural settings or other well-being practices, such as sound-baths. If you’re planning something outdoors - whether it’s an open-air sauna, a campsite retreat, or a nature or wellness-focused gathering - I’d be delighted to hear from you.
I teach regularly at the Yoga Yurt near Cuckfield - a beautiful space set on a farm near a wild swimming lake, run by Isis du Jour, who collaborated with Soulfit in Lewes to provide our outstanding Vinyasa yoga teacher training. I also teach at Wivelsfield Church Hall, covering when needed for another of my inspirational teachers, Ylva Jones of Yoga with Ylva.
