Join Zoë for small-group open-air yoga in a peaceful garden setting in Nevill, Lewes. We practice indoors at St Mary's Church Hall, Nevill when cold or rainy.

Experience calm, connection, and gentle challenge in a small, supportive group. Our Lewes yoga classes are based around a medium-paced Vinyasa flow, adapted to all levels, combining movement, breathwork and meditation. And enabling us to build strength, flexibility and fitness.

I will guide you gently through breath-work (pranayama), postures (asana) and meditations, incorporating yogic philosophy to provide an enriching and calming experience.

In the garden, we practise on a wooden deck surrounded by greenery and birdsong - a nourishing environment that helps you drop into presence and move with ease. With limited spaces, there's room to move freely and space for individual attention.

"The class was fab! Very clear and I felt challenged and beautifully held too in our meditation at the end.”
